Title: Undergraduate Scholarship Program Regarding Professions Needed by the National Institutes of Health 
Abstract:

This rule governs the administration of the Undergraduate Scholarship Program Regarding Professions Needed by National Research Institutes (UGSP), a program offering scholarships to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who are enrolled as full-time students at accredited institutions pursuing academic programs appropriate for careers in professions needed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in return for various work requirements.
