Abstract:
This final rule will rescind the regulation codified at 42 CFR Part 52c to comply with Executive Order 14219. An NIH review of the regulation mandated by the Executive Order found the regulation to be obsolete and legally problematic under the Supreme Court’s Students for Fair Admissions decision. |
