Title: ●National Cancer Institute Clinical Cancer Education Program 
Abstract:

With this rule, NIH proposes to rescind the regulation that once governed the NCI Clinical Cancer Education Program. The regulation is now obsolete and unnecessary. Therefore, NIH is proposing to rescind the regulation codified at 42 CFR Part 52d.
