Title: Medicaid, Revisions to State Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Rules 
Abstract:

This is a regulatory action that would amend the regulation governing State Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCU). This final rule would: (1) would make it easier for MFCUs to understand their authorities and responsibilities under the grant program; (2) would clarify the flexibilities MFCUs have to operate their programs; and (3) would reduce administrative burden by eliminating duplicative and unnecessary reporting requirements.
