Title: Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs)(CMS-3202-P) 
Abstract: The proposed rule would establish Conditions of Participation for community mental health centers (CMHCs) to ensure that CMHCs furnish services meeting essential health and safety standards. The rule focuses on patient-centered and outcome-oriented care and is based on four core requirements: 1) PatientÂ’s rights; 2) admission, assessment, and discharge; 3) treatment and coordination of services; and 4) governance.
