Abstract: This notice sets forth the StatesÂ’ final and preliminary fiscal year disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payment allotments and States' institutions for mental disease (IMD) DSH limits in the Medicaid program. It also announces provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that revise DSH allotments.
