Title: Medicare Beneficiary Notification of the Right To Access a Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) for Certain Health Care Facilities (CMS-3225-P) 
Abstract: This proposed rule would amend the patientsÂ’ rights requirements of certain providers and suppliers to inform patients that they can communicate with the local QIO regarding quality of care issues. This revision would ensure beneficiaries are fully informed of their right to utilize the services of the QIO program.
