Title: Reporting and Returning of Overpayments (CMS-6037-F) 
Abstract: This final rule implements provisions of the Affordable Care Act, which require the Secretary to establish a process for a provider or supplier to return an overpayment to the Medicare program, as well as establish a process for CMS and its contractors to receive and apply the overpayment.
