| Title: ●Prohibition Against Reassignment of Provider Claims (CMS-2366-P) | |
| Abstract: This proposed rule would update existing regulations to define "reassignment of payments" in such a way that provides additional operational flexibility to States. This would allow States to exempt certain payments, or a portion thereof, from direct assignment to the provider. This voluntary transfer of funds between providers and other entities, such as unions, would need to be mutually agreeable and/or beneficial. | |
