Abstract: This rule would require that skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) under Medicare and nursing facilities (NFs) under Medicaid make available on request by the Secretary, the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services, the States, and the State long-term care ombudsman, information on ownership, including a description of the governing body and organizational structure of the facility and information regarding additional disclosable parties.
