Abstract: This rule establishes student health insurance coverage under the Public Health Service Act and the Affordable Care Act. The rule defines "student health insurance coverage" as a type of individual health insurance coverage, and exempt such coverage from certain requirements otherwise applicable to individual health insurance coverage.
