Title: Adoption of Operating Rules for HIPAA Transactions (CMS-0036-P) 
Abstract:

Under the Affordable Care Act, this proposed rule would adopt operating rules for HIPAA transactions for health care claims or equivalent encounter information, enrollment and disenrollment of a health plan, health plan premium payments, and referral certification and authorization.
