Title: Right of Appeal for Medicare Secondary Payer Determination Relating to Liability Insurance (Including Self-Insurance), No Fault Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Laws and Plans (CMS-6055-F) 
Abstract: Under the Medicare IVIG and Strengthening Medicare and Repaying Taxpayers Act (the SMART Act), this final rule establishes a right of appeal and an appeals process for applicable plans, with respect to Medicare conditional payments the Secretary seeks to recover from the applicable plan.
