| Title: Methods for Assuring Access to Care; Exceptions for High Managed Care Penetration and Rate Reduction Threshold (CMS-2406-F) | |
|
Abstract:
This final rule provides an exception to the requirements for documenting Medicaid fee-for-service access to care for States with high managed care penetration rates. The rule also sets a threshold for rate reductions and restructuring that are not subject to the analysis, monitoring, and public processes required for larger reductions. |
