Title: CY 2022 Revisions to Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Revisions to Medicare Part B (CMS-1751)(Completion of a Section 610 Review) 
Abstract:

This annual final rule revises payment polices under the Medicare physician fee schedule, and makes other policy changes to payment under Medicare Part B. These changes apply to services furnished beginning January 1, 2022. Additionally, this rule finalizes updates to the Quality Payment Program.
