Title: Update of Calculation of the Hospital Specific Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Limit Third Party Payer (CMS-2445) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would implement requirements under section 203 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA), which relate to Medicaid shortfall and third-party payments. This rule would also make additional technical changes to the DSH program.
