Title: Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Third Party Payer (CMS-2445) 
Abstract:

This final rule implements requirements under section 203 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA), which relate to Medicaid shortfall and third-party payments. This rule also makes additional technical changes to the DSH program.
