Abstract:
This proposed rule would include provisions related to provider enrollment, medical review, investigations, and other program integrity oversight provisions that would greatly strengthen CMS’s ability to crush fraud, enhance program integrity efforts across Medicare, Medicaid, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and maximize legislative authorities to address inappropriate payments. |
