|
Abstract:
This rule will include proposals to update HHS’s oversight and enforcement program for agents and brokers registered to sell qualified health plans (QHPs) through the Federally Exchange and to implement sections 1332 and 1333 of the Affordable Care Act. The section 1332 proposal updates the Department’s regulations and policy governing review and approval of Section 1332 State Innovation Waivers. The section 1333 proposal seeks to establish procedural standards for health care choice compacts under which states may enter into an agreement for QHPs to be sold across state lines in the individual market. |
