| Abstract: These rules finalize an Interim Final Rule published on October 24, 2004. 69 FR 61594. The rules allow an administrative law judge (ALJ) to enter a fully favorable oral decision into the record of a hearing. The rules also provide that an ALJ may subsequently issue a written decision, incorporating by reference the findings and reasons stated orally at the hearing. | |
