| Abstract: Our current rules describe the requirements and conditions under which we will provide records, other information, or testimony from a Social Security Administration (SSA) employee for a legal proceeding to which SSA is not a party. The rules also describe the procedures for requesting the testimony of an SSA employee. These final rules updated the address to submit an application for testimony of an SSA employee. | |
