Title: Consideration of Revising the Ticket to Work Program Rules (3780A) 
Abstract:

This advanced notice of proposed rulemaking will pose several questions to the public regarding the best means by which to encourage employment networks to assist beneficiaries in seeking employment at a level that could lead to eventual financial independence. We want to hear from program beneficiaries and others about what combination of incentives would best help beneficiaries to go to work and reach and sustain middle-class earnings.
