Abstract: This document contains technical corrections to our regulations. We are correcting cross-references that have become outdated when we published revisions elsewhere in the Federal Register. We are also correcting an erroneous threshold amount. These changes do not alter the substance of the regulations or have any effect on the rights of claimants or any other parties.
