Title: Federal Awarding Agency Regulatory Implementation of Office Of Management and Budget's Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will add part 2340 to title II of the CFR, adopting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance in 2 CFR part 200. This section supersedes and streamlines requirements from OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-110, and A-122; Circulars A-89, A-102, and A-133; and the guidance in Circular A-50 on Single Audit Act follow-up. This regulation will not broaden the scope of applicability from existing Governmentwide requirements affecting Federal awards to non-Federal entities including State and local governments, Indian tribes, institutions of higher education, and nonprofit organization. This rulemaking will also remove and reserve 20 CFR parts 435 and 437.
