Title: Civil Monetary Penalty (CMP) Inflation Adjustments 
Abstract:

This interim final rule will establish an inflation adjustment based on the percentage by which the consumer price index (CPI) for 2015 exceeds the CPI of the year the CMP was first established or last adjusted.
