Title: ●Use of Electronic Payroll Data to Improve Program Administration  
Abstract:

This NPRM will propose to implement the Commissioner’s access to and use of the information held by payroll providers and will establish exchanges with payroll data providers to obtain wage data. The Agency will use this data to help administer the disability and SSI programs and prevent improper payments.
