Title: ●Incorrect Terminology in Regulatory Text; Correction  
Abstract:

This would align with the Administration’s policies as outlined in Executive Order (E.O.) 14168, Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government. This correction is necessary to replace erroneous references to the word "gender” with the word "sex” in our Listing of Impairments. This correction enhances customer service by providing clarity to our policy.
