Title: ●Ticket to Work: Rescission of Obsolete Regulatory Provisions
Abstract: This rule eliminates outdated regulations that refer to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), as SSA’s ability to make referrals to VR was repealed with the implementation of the Ticket to Work Program. These rules are now obsolete due to legislative changes following the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Act of 1999 which amended the Social Security Act (Act).

This rule would follow the directives of Executive Order 14219, Ensuring Lawful Governance and Implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency This rule eliminates outdated regulations that refer to VR, as SSA’s ability to make referrals to VR was repealed with the implementation of the Ticket to Work Program.
