| Title: ●Ticket to Work: Rescission of Obsolete Regulatory Provisions | |
|
Abstract:
This rule eliminates outdated regulations that refer to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), as SSA’s ability to make referrals to VR was repealed with the implementation of the Ticket to Work Program. These rules are now obsolete due to legislative changes following the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Act of 1999 which amended the Social Security Act (Act). |
