Title: ●State Law Concerning Paternity Establishment 
Abstract: This regulation covers voluntary paternity establishment services offered by hospital and birth record agencies and specifies the types of other entities that may offer voluntary paternity establishment services. The provision of such services must include a requirement that such an entity use the same notice provision, materials, training, and evaluation as the ones used by the voluntary paternity establishment programs of hospitals and birth record agencies.
