Abstract:

The purpose of this interim final rule is to: (1) Make a technical correction to the 2019 Final Rule (84 FR 44392) to correct an error in 45 CFR 410.201(e); and (2) amend 45 CFR part 410 to be consistent with the Ninth Circuit ruling on the 2019 Final Rule’s inconsistency with the Flores Settlement Agreement.
