Title: Name Change From Office of Child Support Enforcement to Office of Child Support Services and Tribal IV-D Updates 
Abstract:

This Direct Final Rule was withdrawn on 04/21/95. The withdrawn abstract describes the prioradministration’s efforts and is no longer being pursued. This Direct Final Rule would update 45 CFR Chapter III to reflect that on June 5, 2023, the Office of Child Support Enforcement became the Office of Child Support Services. This Direct Final Rule would also update 45 CFR part 309 with Tribal processes and reporting technical changes.
