Title: ●Employment and Training Services for Noncustodial Parents in the Child Support Program final rule; Rescission
Abstract:

This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking would rescind the Employment and Training Services for Noncustodial Parents in the Child Support Program final rule published on December 13, 2024. This rule presents significant budgetary costs to the federal government.  States already have the ability to provide employment and training services utilizing state funding and other sources, such as TANF MOE or their relationships with state workforce agencies.  Rescinding this rule will result in savings to the federal government.
