Abstract:
This NPRM proposes to modify the Head Start Program Performance Standards to reduce costs and burden for Head Start programs, as well clarify requirements. More specifically, the NPRM proposes to revise costly and burdensome requirements for staff wages, benefits, and family child care provider qualifications, as well as clarify requirements for non-discrimination within Head Start programs. |
