Title: Privacy Act Regulations 
Abstract:

HHS proposes to update the Department's regulations which implement the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552(a)) to reflect current agency names, appeal authorities, and system names; remove outdated references; and make substantive changes necessary to ensure consistency with developments in privacy law, policy, and preferred practices since 1975.
