Title: HHS Requirements for Grants and Agreements 
Abstract:

This rule proposes how HHS plans to implement the OMB guidance for grants and agreements published on Aug. 13, 2020, in 85 FR 49506, which included revisions to 2 CFR parts 25, 170, 183 and 200. HHS plans to adopt these provisions along with HHS specific- modifications to specific-modifications to amend 45 CFR part 75, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards.
