Title: Cost Recovery; Mineral Filings and Operations 
Abstract: This rule will amend regulations for user fees for locatable minerals, mineral materials, and leasable minerals (solids and fluids) to adjust current fees or establish new fees in accordance with title V of the Independent Offices Appropriations Act of 1952 (user charges), OMB Circular A-25 User Charges and section 304 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
