Title: Application Procedures: Filing a Document 
Abstract: This rule will amend the general procedures for submitting applications to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) by restoring to the regulations a provision allowing the BLM to accept a late filing or payment if acceptance would not interfere with the orderly conduct of business. This provision was inadvertently removed in a 1999 rewrite of this part.
