Title: Onshore Oil and Gas Order 5: Gas Measurement 
Abstract: Onshore Order 5 establishes minimum standards to ensure gas is accurately measured and reported. This Order was last updated in 1989, and since then changes in technology have allowed for more accurate gas measurement. This Order will incorporate current industry standards, establish minimum standards for areas currently not measured, and establish requirements for more detailed reporting.
