Title: ●Communication Site Rental 
Abstract:

The Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service intend to update the existing rental fee schedule for communications uses.  They will issue an Advance Notice of Proposed rulemaking to solicit public comment and suggestions.  A subsequent proposed rule would update the existing rental fee schedule to align communication site fees with market values and update policies and practices as required by current regulations and in response to Office of Inspector General audits.  Current regulations will not support a change withou rulemaking.
