Title: Bonding 
Abstract:

This regulatory action would update the bonding procedures for rights-of-way (ROW) on public lands managed by the BLM.  The proposed rule would change the BLM’s ROW regulations by revising the bonding portion of the regulations to make them clearer and easier to understand, which would facilitate efficient bond calculations.
