| Title: Grazing Administration-Exclusive of Alaska | |
|
Abstract:
The BLM is proposing revisions to the livestock grazing regulations found at 43 CFR Part 4100. This rulemaking includes removing subpart 4180 from the grazing regulations and moving the Fundamentals of Rangeland Health to Part 1700 for the evaluation and achievement of the fundamentals of land health across all BLM programs. The proposed revisions are intended to modernize the BLM’s grazing program, increase flexibility for ranchers, better protect rangeland health, and align with amendments to the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA) and recommendations of the Government Accountability Office. |
