Title: ●Minerals Management: Adjustment of Cost Recovery Fees 
Abstract:

BLM regulations provide that the BLM will annually adjust minerals fees according to the changes in the Implicit Price Deflator for Gross Domestic Product, which is published quarterly by the U.S. Department of Commerce. This final rule updates those fees and service charges consistent with that direction.
