Abstract:
This final rule updates the BLM's maintenance and location fees to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index to reflect the appropriate fees to be collected. This rule complies with the statutory mandate of the 30 U.S.C. 28j(c) to adjust the fees every five years. This rule amends 43 CFR 3830.21, which is the table of fees for mining law maintenance and location fees. |
