Title: Waste Prevention, Production Subject to Royalties, and Resource Conservation (Technical Correction to Previous Final Rule) 
Abstract:

This direct final rule corrected errors that were inadvertently included in the final Waste Prevention rule that published in the Federal Register on April 10, 2024 (89 FR 25378). These errors include several erroneously written equations and typos. This correction rule does not change the intent of the original final rule and will improve clarity and consistency.
