Title: Leasing of Sulphur or Oil and Gas and Bonding Requirements in the Outer Continental Shelf 
Abstract: This rulemaking will rewrite the existing rules at 30 CFR part 256 to make them clearer. The rule has been reorganized and streamlined to better reflect the 5-year and lease sale processes as they have evolved since the last rewrite in the 1980s. The rule also clarifies bonding requirements.
