Title: Leasing of Sulphur or Oil and Gas in the Outer Continental Shelf 
Abstract: This rulemaking will rewrite the existing rules at 30 CFR parts 550 and 556 to make them clearer. The rule has been reorganized and streamlined to better reflect the 5-year OCS oil and gas leasing program and lease sale processes as they have evolved since the last rewrite in the 1980s.
