Title: Technical Changes to Production Measurement and Training Requirements 
Abstract: This proposed rule would make technical changes to subparts L and O. The changes in subpart L would eliminate the requirement for the lessee to request waivers to meter proving, verification, and calibration; and well testing after hurricanes and other force majeure events have rendered facilities inoperative. The changes in subpart O clarify the definition of “production safety,” and add definitions for “contractor” and “periodic.”
