Title: Natural Gas Fluids Measurement
Abstract: This rulemaking would implement certain recommendations made by the Royalty Policy Committee recommendations to incorporate industry standards that require for a minimum monthly sampling at gas royalty metering points. Gas sampling has a direct effect on royalty payments. MMS is proposing this rulemaking to further ensure accuracy in royalty determination. A non-rulemaking alternative would not be enforceable.
