Title: Suspension of Production and Operations 
Abstract: The proposed rule would provide specific, clearly defined criteria for granting of suspension of operations on oil and gas leases on the Outer Continental Shelf. It would encourage diligent development of leases during the primary lease terms by emphasizing that lessees demonstrate a commitment to production.
