Title: Allocation and Disbursement of Royalties, Rentals, and Bonuses (GOMESA Phase II) 
Abstract: This proposed rule would implement the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 revenue sharing provisions for the years 2017 and thereafter. Revenues shared under this regulation would emerge from leases issued after December 20, 2006, in most of the Central and Western GOM planning areas. The GOMESA mandates promulgation of revenue sharing regulations that allocate royalties, rentals, and bonuses collected from OCS leases. This regulation would provide a familiar formula and methodology for revenue sharing with oil and gas producing States in the Gulf of Mexico.
